I was inspired by a lot of cgi from the 90s/00s, such as VeggieTales, Clippy and Zoombinis to create my own custom cursor! I felt a bit bored of the default cursor style in Windows 11 and I thought hm what if I made it silly and goofy perhaps? So I sketched out some designs, modeled each cursor in Blender 5.0 and messed with the render to give it that old school vibe. I'm particularly happy with how the slight uncanniness turned out, that I achieved with cold staring eyes and a smidge of creepy lighting.
